Factors such as supply and demand, the number of views per listing and the median age of inventory have contributed to the determination of Denver’s ranking. Denver has held the top spot two months in a row (April & May) with Boulder coming in 13th place. Rapid economic growth and low inventory has pushed Denver to the very top.
