  1. 90 day home warranty is included with every home inspection.
  2.  RecallChek is included with every inspection. All major appliances at the inspection will be entered into the report. When the client receives the RecallChek report, they will be able to add additional items any time and the system will look for recalls for free.
  3. Online Scheduling. Go to our website RBSKInspections.com, click on request inspection and then click on schedule. This will be great for those who want to schedule the home inspection after hours. Or have your clients go to the website and find a convenient time for the inspection. We will still have the office open Monday through Friday, 7am- 6 pm and Saturday, 8 am-1 pm for those who wish to call and set up the inspection.
  4. Home Owners Network (HON): This is a free offering to our clients. HON’s “Ask the Experts” App is the first service ever to provide live technical support for homeowners! Ask a question about anything that deals with your home? Need information fast? Tired of searching the internet for answers and getting millions of unrelated links?   5. Freedom Dogs: RBS&K Home & Building Inspectors Inc. will donate $5.00 for each inspection we do in 2015 to Freedom Service Dogs of America. They rescue, train and provide service dogs to those in need. Clients include children, veterans, active duty soldiers and other adults. Their disabilities include Autism, Traumatic Brain Injury, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Cord Injuries, Muscular Dystrophy, Multiple Sclerosis, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
