May numbers in Denver Real Estate are out!
The average close price in May 2021 is 635,060, an increase of 26.9% from May 2020’s average of $500,474.
Also the percentage of closed price to list price went up 5.9% from 99.4% in May 2020 to 105.3% in May 2021.
What does this mean for sellers? It continues to be a good time to sell, especially under your terms.
