Brittany Loan is a 5th generation native to Colorado and grew up in Congress Park, which instilled a great appreciation for the history and culture of the city. She currently lives with her family in Denver’s Harvey Park neighborhood, where they enjoy the open concept and indoor/outdoor living of their mid-century modern Cliff May built home.
Brittany holds a degree from Metropolitan State University in Human Services, leading her to serve her community through many different avenues. Over the past 15 years, Brittany has made connections and friends through her work with local nonprofits, startup companies, and her singing career where she was the lead vocalist for a Colorado based funk band touring all over the country. These experiences enabled Brittany to connect with her audience, big and small, guiding her to a passion of real estate, design, and a love of working with people.
